At Animal Pak, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium athletic apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to ensure you have the right gear to support your training without any added stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are securely attached to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
